Strong customer service and communication skills, including professional telephone and email support.
Experience reviewing documents, validating information, and maintaining accurate records.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret policies, procedures, and assessment requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
Ability to manage high inquiry volumes, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency with office applications, databases, and electronic records systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in credential assessment, certification processing, or educational qualification review.
Experience with child care, education, licensing, or regulated public-sector programs.
Familiarity with CCIS and ECDS.
Experience handling appeals, exemptions, or decisions requiring policy interpretation.
Experience supporting system testing, process improvement, and user documentation.
Experience training or mentoring administrative staff.
Experience communicating with educational institutions and credential assessment organizations.

Why Join Us
