Job Title: Change Management Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Change Management Analyst to support a complex transformation initiative. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who can create and execute change management deliverables, facilitate stakeholder and supplier engagements, and support implementation readiness.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving beyond strategy and advisory work to produce practical change materials, coordinate training and communications, facilitate workshops, and support stakeholder and supplier adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management deliverables supporting business, process, and system transformation.
- Create and maintain stakeholder/impact assessments, readiness materials, communications, presentations, training content, job aids, FAQs, and user-support materials.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, working groups, demos, walkthroughs, alignment sessions, and information sessions.
- Support supplier enablement through impact assessments, segmentation, communications, onboarding, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
- Work directly with project, business, operational, ministry, and supplier stakeholders to gather information and validate impacts and requirements.
- Translate complex project changes into clear, practical, audience-specific materials.
- Draft and quality-check communications and change materials for leadership, business users, suppliers, and other impacted groups.
- Develop and coordinate training and end-user support materials.
- Support change impact assessments, readiness, transition planning, pilots, phased rollouts, implementation, and post-implementation adoption.
- Track change actions, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies to support timely execution.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Direct experience facilitating change management activities.
- Experience developing hands-on change management deliverables, including change strategies and related artifacts.
- Experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and produce practical deliverables in a delivery-focused transformation environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prosci or CCMP certification.
- Experience developing and delivering training materials, documentation, and user-support content.
- Experience developing readiness programs, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Experience gathering requirements through interviews, document analysis, and requirements workshops.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives for a public-sector client.
- Experience working with suppliers/vendor communities during transformation and implementation.
- Experience supporting business process, system, and organizational change.
