YOUR ROLE
Do you want to contribute to impactful projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for a junior technologist to join its team in Montreal.
In direct collaboration with a partner Architect, you will be actively involved in various residential projects.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Conduct site surveys and draft as-built drawings ;
- Develop preliminary plans and construction drawings ;
- Explore and develop your interpretation of the Quebec Building Code in order to advance a project in a code compliant manor;
- Assist the project manager in all tasks related to delivering a successful project.
Profil
- DEC technique en architecture complété ;
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pertinente ;
- Connaissance des codes et règlements en vigueur ;
- Bonne connaissance du logiciel Revit ;
Your Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively ;
- Strong priority and stress management skills ;
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude.

- Développer des plans préliminaires et dessins de construction ;
- Explorer et développer votre interprétation du Code de construction du Québec afin de faire progresser un projet en conformité avec le code ;
- Assister le chargé de projet dans toutes les tâches liées à la réalisation d’un projet réussi.

Responsibilities
The role involves conducting site surveys, drafting as-built drawings, and developing preliminary and construction plans for residential projects. The technologist will also ensure projects comply with the Quebec Building Code and assist the project manager in delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must have a technical college diploma (DEC) in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of current building codes and regulations are required.
