Original job description
Join Our Team
At Neuro Wise, we believe that effective ADHD care extends beyond the therapy room. Our multidisciplinary approach brings together psychology, ADHD coaching, education, and nutrition to understand how ADHD affects everyday functioning and support individuals and families in their daily lives.
We're looking for an experienced Registered Psychologist with substantial clinical expertise in ADHD to join our team, provide supervision to Registered Provisional Psychologists, and help us build a structured supervision and mentorship program.
We're particularly proud of the team we've built. Our colleagues genuinely enjoy working together, sharing ideas, consulting on complex cases, and learning from one another. We've created a warm, supportive environment where professional expertise is valued and collaboration comes naturally.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to Registered Provisional Psychologists in accordance with CAP standards.
- Help develop and shape our supervision and mentorship program.
- Provide ADHD-focused psychological assessment and/or therapy within your areas of competence.
- Collaborate with professionals across disciplines to support coordinated, individualized care.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Psychologist in good standing with CAP, with more than five years of experience following full registration.
- Eligibility to supervise Registered Provisional Psychologists under CAP requirements.
- Substantial clinical experience with ADHD, including its functional impact and common co-occurring conditions.
- Strong clinical judgement, a collaborative approach, and an interest in supporting the professional development of other psychologists.
- Previous supervision experience is an asset.
Why Neuro Wise?
Beyond a flexible part-time or full-time position, this is an opportunity to help shape a new clinical supervision program while working alongside professionals from different disciplines who value thoughtful, collaborative ADHD care.
You'll have clinical autonomy without the isolation of solo practice, with colleagues across disciplines to consult when complex cases arise.
Interested?
We'd love to hear from you.
Send your resume and a brief introduction highlighting your ADHD expertise and supervision experience to info@neurowise.ca.
