About Us
New Tech Parts has supplied heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts since 2014.
About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused person to join our sales and marketing team. You'll be the first voice many of our customers hear, and you'll help grow our brand both in person and online.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and help customers with inquiries, pricing, and orders
- Visit customers in person to build relationships and introduce our products
- Appear on camera in product videos and social media content for our marketing
- Design flyers and other promotional material
- Prepare and send invoices accurately
- Build relationships with new and existing customers and close sales
Requirements
- Fluent in Punjabi and English
- Confident and comfortable in front of a camera
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar) for flyers and social posts
- Comfortable with invoicing and basic computer tools
(Excel, email)
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the trucking or auto parts industry is a bonus, not required
