Business Analyst - Network Infrastructure (ID#5555)

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst / Change Management Lead to assist with a Network Access Control (NAC) platform and infrastructure modernization initiative. The successful candidate will work with technical and operational stakeholders to support requirements, device migration planning, change management, testing, operational readiness, training, and transition to operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state authentication, connectivity, business processes, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering with network, cybersecurity, technical support, business, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Support discovery and classification of devices and development of network access and authentication requirements.
• Document current- and future-state processes, requirements, policies, dependencies, risks, and impacts.
• Support development of network access policies and device migration plans.
• Conduct stakeholder and change-impact assessments and develop communication and change-management activities.
• Develop use cases, test cases, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation.
• Coordinate QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue tracking and stakeholder acceptance.
• Support operational readiness, including support processes, procedures, runbooks, and transition planning.
• Develop training and knowledge-transfer materials for technical and operational teams.
• Work collaboratively with project leadership and technical teams throughout implementation and transition to operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including significant experience supporting large-scale technology implementations, migrations, or transitions.
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, current/future-state analysis, process modelling, and impact analysis.
• Strong experience supporting organizational change, including stakeholder impacts, communications, readiness, training, and adoption.
• Experience developing use/test cases and coordinating UAT.
• Experience supporting operational readiness and transition of technology solutions into ongoing operations.
• Experience working with technical infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, authentication, identity/access management, or related initiatives.
• Familiarity with connectivity and authentication of end-user or medical devices is a strong asset.
• Experience with Network Access Control (NAC), Aruba ClearPass, Microsoft NPS, RADIUS, 802.1X, or similar authentication/access-control technologies is a strong asset.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, and Jira.
• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA and/or project management certification is an asset.
