A degree in Information Technology or Business Management.

Experience working with senior executives to define and shape major business modernization or transformation initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking skills, including the ability to work backward from business outcomes to establish program plans and priorities.
Familiarity with proof-of-value experiments to evaluate transformation initiatives and inform investment decisions.

Strong PowerPoint presentation and executive communication skills.
Ability to motivate delivery teams, build consensus, and maintain productive relationships across business and leadership groups.
Experience preparing program plans, project charters, statements of work, executive presentations, and recommendations papers.
