Senior System Analyst (ID#5593)

New Value Solutions (NVS), a national IT consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle Cerner Millennium Clinical Trials applications to support a client's Regional Digital Solutions team. The consultant will be responsible for the design, build, testing, and implementation of Clinical Trials Powerplans while providing technical and functional support for clinical research applications and ongoing system operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, build, testing, and implementation of Clinical Trials Powerplans within Oracle Cerner Millennium.
• Configure and maintain Cerner Clinical Trials functionality to support clinical research and trial-related workflows.
• Work with Cerner PowerTrials, Research Powerplans, and Protocol Office Manager (POM).
• Analyze clinical trial requirements and translate operational needs into appropriate system configurations.
• Support the development and validation of Clinical Trials Powerplans to ensure system functionality meets project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cerner Clinical Trials applications and Powerplan configurations.
• Provide implementation support for clinical trials system changes and enhancements.
• Support ongoing application sustainment and operational backfill activities.
• Collaborate with clinical research stakeholders, technical teams, and project resources to support successful system delivery.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities to maintain reliable clinical research systems.
• Provide technical guidance and functional expertise throughout project delivery and ongoing application support.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience working with Oracle Cerner Millennium clinical applications.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium Clinical Trials functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Cerner PowerChart and PowerTrials.
• Experience designing, building, configuring, and testing Research Powerplans.
• Practical experience working with Cerner Protocol Office Manager (POM).
• Experience supporting Clinical Trials Powerplan implementation and application sustainment activities.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows and associated application requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Cerner application configuration and workflow issues.
• Experience with clinical application testing, implementation, and operational support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical responsibilities within a healthcare IT environment.
• Must meet senior-level consulting qualifications through relevant education and experience.
• Must be located in Canada and available to work Pacific Time hours.
