Join NewCold, a global leader in advanced food logistics, and become part of something extraordinary! We're looking for a motivated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art Coaldale facility. Work in a brand-new facility, the first of its kind in Canada.
This posting may be used to fill all shifts (days) 6:00AM-2:30PM; (Swing) 2:00PM - 10:30PM; (Nights) 10:00PM-6:30AM. Any day of the week, including weekends.

What You Will Do
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Move products efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Accurately complete inventory and warehouse transactions
- Work as part of a team to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety procedures and food safety standards

- Previous forklift experience.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
