Responsibilities
Set up and operate offset and flexographic presses, including mounting plates, preparing inks, checking samples, and monitoring print quality. Plan production, estimate costs, direct press crews, instruct apprentices, and clean plates and cylinders after press runs.
Requirements
Requires a master's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience. The role is on-site and calls for accuracy, attention to detail, color discrimination, communication, organization, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure and perform physically demanding tasks.
