Your Main Missions Will Be
Team Leadership & Shift Management
- Lead, coordinate, and train the dishwashing and equipment packing team (managing shift schedules, task allocation, and breaks).
- Ensure strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines and safety procedures.
- Drive daily output performance to match flight departure schedules (On-Time Performance).
- Oversee the continuous operation of industrial flight-type dishwashers.
- Inspect clean equipment (trolleys, meal trays, chinaware, glassware) to guarantee standard hygiene and quality levels.
- Perform first-level maintenance troubleshooting on washing equipment and escalate technical issues to the maintenance department.
- Oversee the sorting, inventory management, and storage of equipment specific to each airline client.
- Supervise the assembly and packing of equipment (trolley setups, drawer packing, cutlery kits) according to airline-specific gallery plans (GALLEY / LO specifications).
- Ensure seamless delivery of clean, packed equipment to the meal assembly (Tray Set) and dispatch teams.
- Enforce strict compliance with HACCP rules, food safety, and airport security standards.
- Complete traceability logs, including wash/rinse temperature checks and hygiene control audits.
- Maintain clear segregation between soiled (dirty) and clean operational zones at all times.

Requirements
Candidates should have food-industry knowledge or expertise and experience in dishwashing, equipment packing, or logistics; airline catering knowledge is an asset. They should be organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and effective communicators and team members; applicants must already be in Canada with valid work authorization.
