Your Main Missions Will Be

Production Management & Performance

Plan and organize daily production team activities based on workload and order schedules.
Ensure smooth workflow across preparation, assembly, and packaging lines.
Guarantee adherence to technical sheets, recipes, portion control, and product presentation.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): productivity, waste reduction, preparation timelines, and compliance rates.
Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) as well as internal company procedures.
Monitor temperatures (receiving, cooking, cooling, storage) and maintain full traceability of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Participate in internal quality audits and implement required corrective actions.
Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff (cooks, kitchen helpers, assembly line workers).
Manage rosters, task assignments, break schedules, and time tracking.
Onboard, train, and integrate new employees regarding operational methods and safety rules.
Evaluate individual and team performance and identify training needs.
Oversee optimal raw material utilization to minimize waste and losses.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure a continuous supply chain for production lines.

Profile

Education and/or expertise in the food industry
Knowledge of airline catering is a real asset.
Experience in Production, Plating and TSU
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
