Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and project outcomes.
Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource tracking activities.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate resource planning and workload distribution across teams to meet project schedules and priorities.
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Ensure effective coordination between engineering, digital design, project management, and site teams to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
Maintain and continuously improve departmental processes, standards, and workflows to support consistent project execution and quality.
Actively participate in project reviews and provide hands-on support for complex project challenges, helping teams identify practical solutions.
Work with Project Managers to monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain schedules and budgets.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed effectively.
Support the Sales team by providing technical input, project execution insights, and coordination to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
Contribute to industry and client-facing meetings as needed to represent Nexii’s project delivery, design, and engineering capabilities.
Actively engage with team members on project execution, problem-solving, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.
