  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes in the energy sector.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high standards of service and compliance.

What You Will Bring:

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internships, co-op placements, and academic projects will also be considered.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced experience in Excel, including building and maintaining VBA macros for automation and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with experience pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data from relational databases to support sales insights, pricing, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating data-driven, client-ready presentations.
  • Initiative & Teamwork: A self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes ownership, works well independently and collaboratively, and is willing to step in where needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: A problem-solver who identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks.
  • Commercial Skills: Strong follow-up skills and the ability to support client relationships, negotiations, and deal execution.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
