Job title:- BSA with RPA & Power Platform

Location:- Toronto (3 days office mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced BSA with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, support automation applications, and manage requirements throughout the full technology delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and system specifications, including non-functional requirements.
• Assess current technology capabilities, applications, integrations, interfaces, data flows, and business rules to support future-state solution design.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support and maintain RPA solutions and Power Apps, including applications developed using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business, technology, development, and testing teams to identify appropriate technical solutions and assess impacts to existing systems and processes.
• Define clear use cases, acceptance criteria, test conditions, and expected results for functional, UAT, performance, and operational testing.
• Troubleshoot complex application, automation, and technology-related issues and support incident resolution.
• Provide technical and functional guidance with a focus on quality, scalability, reusability, and automation best practices.
• Support implementation, production deployment, operational readiness, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide off-hours/on-call support when required for production incidents and deployments.
• Work within Agile delivery environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members and serve as a subject matter expert for systems analysis and automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in business/system analysis, requirements management, and Agile delivery.
• Strong experience translating business needs into functional/system requirements, acceptance criteria, process impacts, and end-to-end traceability.
• Hands-on knowledge of RPA and Power Platform, including Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Apps, is required.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, support testing/deployment and incident management, and provide leadership on complex technology initiatives
• Experience supporting applications across the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support lifecycle.
