Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager, the Lead Hand will perform all assigned tasks within the afternoon shift loading, picking and Pipe Yard department to ensure all day-to-day job function is completed in a timely manner.

How you Contribute to Noble's Success- Coordinate and oversee afternoon shift warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, loaded, and staged accurately and efficiently for on-time delivery.
- Organize and prepare shipping documentation to support the loading and dispatch of early departure and overnight delivery trucks.
- Prioritize workloads and assign loading activities to warehouse team members to maximize productivity and service levels.
- Oversee product loading activities within Noble's warehouse management systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.
- Create, review, and manage electronic and manual pick lists, including pipe and specialty product orders.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for warehouse systems, processes, and loading activities.
- Communicate key operational updates and shift handovers to support seamless transitions between afternoon and day shift teams.
- Investigate and resolve shipping, loading, and inventory issues in a timely manner to minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and distribution centre operations.
Must Haves and Nice to HavesYou Must Have:
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a leadership role in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience in operating various forklift equipment
- Experience working with ERP & WMS systems
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and leadership and customer service skills to effectively build positive relationships with all stakeholders
- A team-first attitude and an ability to provide effective direction to team members
- Strong communication skills, ability to convey messages in an organized, clear, and effective manner
- Exceptional time management and organization skills, with the proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- A self-starter with the ability to lead a team by example and exercise independent judgment and initiative
- Ability to lift upwards of fifty (50) pounds
