How you Contribute to Noble's Success- Lead Noble's operational excellence strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that improve performance, scalability, and business value.
- Drive transformation initiatives that strengthen operations across our profit centres, distribution centre, transportation network, and support functions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows, standardize processes, and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
- Partner with leaders across the business to translate strategic objectives into streamlined, customer-centric, and scalable operating models.
- Leverage technology, automation, AI, and data insights to improve decision-making and operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring clear accountability, effective governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish meaningful KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting to track progress and identify new opportunities.
- Build alignment and successfully lead change by influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence that supports Noble's long-term growth strategy.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves- 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ years directly leading operational improvement, transformation, process excellence, or similar initiative
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
- PMP Certification is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and support for initiatives and change.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize, coordinate resources, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
