Noctis Nova is a Calgary-based web design company looking for a killer sales closer. We build professional websites for local small businesses and we have 230 warm leads ready - businesses that have NO website and need one desperately.

Your job is simple: call them, close them.

Responsibilities:

  • Call local Calgary businesses from our provided lead list
  • Pitch our website packages confidently
  • Handle objections and push through resistance
  • Close deals and collect first payment confirmation

How You Get Paid:

  • 100% commission - you keep the entire first month's payment
  • Base plan pays you $150 per close
  • Higher plans pay you more
  • No cap on earnings - close more, earn more
  • Zero base salary - this is for real closers only

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales or cold calling experience
  • Aggressive, confident phone presence
  • Able to handle rejection and keep pushing
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be comfortable with 100% commission - no exceptions
