We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Ontario.

SUMMARY:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for sales and revenue growth for large accounts, Volvo key Account, and Volvo National Accounts .

Expected Salary range (gross/annual)

$80,000.00 a year plus commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successfully maintain and develop large accounts while growing the existing client base to support
the end goal which is to drive sales and maintain positive customer relationships.
Development of account plans and customer contact strategies. Create and further develop customer
relationships which creates more business to support parts & sales.
Effectively utilize the Nors sales process to provide maximum results to do the job in a timely manner,
and to drive revenue.
Actively participate in sales meetings, stay current on promotions, asset levels and information on
competitors, set up, and manage frequent conference calls with national accounts and key accounts
to remain in close communication to understand the challenges in the business and provide solutions
to best understand where our competitors are positioned and to be prepared to be able to confront
the customer to sale our product.
Actively pursue demonstrations with key accounts to promote new products and new features that
will drive sales.
Perform trade-in evaluations in order to sell new and remarketed units. This will help to develop the
relations with customers and grow the sales side of the business overall.
Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to meet customers and other suppliers as sort of networking
opportunity and discuss the state of the business.
Analyze market conditions to effectively target major customers because we are constantly trying to
target customers. It helps us to sell the right machines on the right time.
Demonstrate ability to work with customers and peers, having the ability to develop effective
relationships to achieve the common goal of driving revenues. Help us to better understand customer’s
needs.
Assist with ordering Nors inventory that matches customer expectations and forecast so that it is
readily available when needed

CORE COMPETENCIES:

He/she must have the ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group, make objective
decisions that are timely and clear
Be able to work positively in a team environment
Advanced written and verbal communication skills required for internal and external communication
and presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft office with the ability to put together excel spreadsheets, be able to write effective
documents and reports
Knowledge of Trade-in
Industry knowledge

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Post-secondary education in a field such as Marketing or Finance is preferred
A minimum of 5 years proven equipment sales experience

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS:

Sometimes overtime required, after-hours, work on week-ends
