Starting Rate: $25.65 hourly

Your daily role:

• Be trained and required to operate different types of machinery in order to effectively complete required tasks;
• Train and provide direction to Packaging Technicians to maintain consistent operation of all packaging lines meeting production targets;
• Organize and complete effective and efficient changeovers;
• Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform preventative maintenance when required;
• Communicating effectively with Operations Leaders to maintain production;
• Working in compliance with established Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety protocols, reporting all concerns to your supervisor

Your profile:

• Working knowledge of Packaging equipment and basic troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude;
• 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting;
• Strong computer, communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities  and work independently;
• Regular lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs;
• A builder of teams and positive work environments;
