Sales / Product Advisor – North London Toyota

North London Toyota is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales / Product Advisors to join our team.

Your Role
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Build lasting customer relationships and maintain regular follow-up
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Build your personal brand through social media, networking, referrals, and community involvement
What We’re Looking For
Automotive sales experience is an asset
Retail sales or customer service experience is required
Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to undergo a background check

Responsibilities

Requirements
Retail sales or customer service experience is required, while automotive sales experience is an asset. Candidates should be outgoing, professional, motivated, eager to learn, and strong communicators and relationship builders; a valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record and willingness to undergo a background check are also required.
