Original job description

Company Description

We are North, a strategic communications agency in Canada that makes it personal, moving brands with ideas that travel and influence.

We combine the agility of a boutique agency with the strength of Publicis Groupe’s global network. Our teams work across earned media, influencer, content, experiential, and issues management, bringing sharp thinking and care to every brief.

In a noisy world, we earn attention through bold ideas, rigorous execution, and a relationship‑first approach that helps our people and our clients grow.

Ready to kickstart your PR & Influencer career in a big way? As an Account Coordinator at North Strategic, you’ll join a dynamic team that’s all about fresh ideas, creativity, and real impact! Your mission: help our clients shine on social media with bold, inventive campaigns that get noticed. You’ll be the storyteller, bringing brands to life online and chasing down new ways to make every project a win.

This is the perfect spot for someone eager to learn, grow, and collaborate. You’ll work side-by-side with talented teammates and industry pros, building relationships and sharing your voice. If you love brainstorming, coming up with smart strategies, and want to flex your creative muscles, you’ll fit right in! Top-notch writing skills will help you stand out, and your knack for organization and problem-solving will keep you ahead of the game.

Candidates with 1-2 years of agency experience who are eager to enhance their skills are encouraged to apply. We offer opportunities for career growth and professional development within our organization.

Be part of exciting events and meetings, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the world of PR.
Juggle multiple campaigns and accounts at once, staying organized and learning how to keep all the moving pieces together.
Get familiar with tracking tools and social listening platforms to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Use these analytics and research tools to uncover valuable insights and help build research reports that guide our strategies.
Bring your ideas to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with teammates to dream up smart, bold strategies.
