Are you a registered Clinician looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Specialized Services department.
In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health and reporting to the Program Lead – Specialized Services or designate, the Clinician is responsible for providing primary therapeutic, case management and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients, whether they are in hospital, residential or community settings. Such services are provided where and as required, in accordance with care plans agreed to by the inter-professional clinical team, the individual and family.
