Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes and overall efficiency.

Accounting & Financial Administration

Provide administrative assistance to our Finance Manager.
Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable documentation, and recordkeeping.
Support the preparation and organization of financial information and reports.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or business operations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software systems.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Experience in an industrial supply, distribution, purchasing, or accounting environment would be considered an asset, but is not required.

We are happy to provide training on our products, systems, and internal procedures.
