  • Help monitor and track training and safety program requirements to support compliance and a strong safety culture.
  • Partner with colleagues across the business unit to provide responsive administrative support and coordination.
  • Provide additional support during storm restoration events and other business-critical activities as required.

These skills will make you successful:

  • A diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using business systems such as SharePoint, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
