Role Description The Pharmacy Assistant role at Novacare Pharmacy is a part-time, on-site position based in Windsor, ON. The Pharmacy Assistant will support pharmacists by preparing and organizing prescriptions, labeling medications, and ensuring accurate entry of patient information into pharmacy systems. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with customer service at the counter, answering phone calls using professional phone etiquette, and coordinating with healthcare providers when necessary. The role also involves managing inventory, restocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Pharmacy Assistant will follow all pharmacy policies and regulatory guidelines while contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.
