Job Description
- Planifie et supervise l’exécution des activités quotidiennes du centre de distribution (réception, entreposage et expédition) par l’utilisation efficiente des ressources humaines et matérielles en place.
- S’assure que toutes les commandes sont expédiées selon les spécifications et aux dates requises.
- S’assure que les produits expédiés sont en excellentes condition et emballés correctement.
- Amélioration continue; proposer de nouvelles méthodes d’optimisation des opérations en vue d’améliorer le rendement, la qualité et la sécurité.
- Maintient une collaboration avec les différents secteurs de l’entreprise afin d’atteindre les objectifs et d’assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- S’assure d’une gestion optimale de l’approvisionnement des palettes CHEP pour l’usine et l’entrepôt en maintenant un inventaire le plus bas possible.
- Procède à la supervision, à la formation, au développement de la polyvalence et au perfectionnement du personnel de l’entrepôt.
- Respecte et fait respecter, par le personnel de son secteur, les normes et politiques de l’entreprise ainsi que les exigences en matière de santé et sécurité (CNESST).
- Contribue à former et s’assurer que les certifications des conducteurs de chariots élévateur soient à jour.
- Aide au choix des outils de travail et des équipements, pour assurer et améliorer l’efficacité et le bon fonctionnement du centre de distribution.
- Exécute différents types inspections aux équipements, bâtiments et du personnel
- S’assure que les équipements sont en bon état et fonctionnent de façon sécuritaire.
- Normes BRC ; Inspecte, documente et fait le suivi tout en faisant appliquer les exigences.
- Ainsi que toutes autres tâches connexes relié à l’emploi.
- Formation collégiale reliée à la gestion des opérations et de la logistique ou expériences pertinentes équivalentes;
- 5 ans et plus d’expérience en supervision d’entrepôt ou de la logistique;
- Carte de compétence de cariste (chariot élévateur) est un atout.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques WMS, ERP et Microsoft office;
- Connaitre l’utilisation de scanners en entreposage et préparation de commandes
- Maitrise de l’anglais et du français autant à l’écrit qu’au parlé
- Habileté à superviser du personnel syndiqué.
- Capacité de travailler sous pression.
- Connaissances pratiques des équipements utilisés en entrepôt.
