Working closely with colleagues across production, supply chain, quality, and EHS, you will support the timely testing and release of products while contributing to a collaborative and quality-focused working environment.

The role & your impact

Your work will help the site meet production schedules, maintain accurate and timely QC results, and continuously improve the quality systems that support our operations.

Your key responsibilities in this role

  • Supervise the testing required to support intermediate-control and finished-product approval.
  • Coordinate and schedule laboratory activities to meet production requirements and testing timelines.
  • Conduct laboratory work and help ensure testing is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Support the training and ongoing technical development of laboratory personnel.
  • Ensure QC results are accurate, properly documented, and available in a timely manner.
  • Uphold and contribute to improvements in applicable quality systems, including OneMS, ISO 9001, FAMI-QS, FSSC 22000, and other relevant requirements.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a physical science, life science, or a closely related field.
  • At least four years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Experience demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility.
  • The ability to work effectively in both hands-on laboratory and tactical or administrative settings.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the initiative to carry assigned responsibilities through to completion.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with laboratory colleagues and local production, supply chain, quality, and EHS stakeholders.
  • Clear communication skills, with cultural awareness and an ability to support a positive exchange of information.
  • The ability to follow and maintain globally defined laboratory and quality requirements.

Additional skills & interests we value

We would particularly value someone who:

  • Enjoys helping colleagues build their technical capabilities.
  • Contributes to a positive working environment that encourages creativity and initiative.
  • Looks for practical opportunities to improve laboratory processes and quality systems.
  • Is comfortable balancing changing production priorities with laboratory testing requirements.

What we offer you

You will join a close-knit Quality Control team whose work directly supports the quality and release of our BioAg solutions. The role provides an opportunity to combine scientific expertise with laboratory coordination, employee development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
