Original job description

We review each resume manually. Position your application accordingly.

You will join a lean/flat BI team reporting to the Head of BI and work with senior leadership, marketing, CRM, and finance every week. This is not a report-factory job. You will Own the numbers behind the world's largest online poker site - the analysis behind decisions on growth, budgets and player experience, and you will see the impact within weeks.

We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst who is naturally curious, moves fast, and wants to know why a number moved, not just that it did. You won’t just build reports. You’ll own them, evolve them, and bring insights forward before anyone has to ask. If you spot something off in a dataset and can’t let it go until you understand it, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and issue detection. Catch trends, anomalies and performance shifts before they become problems, and bring clear, actionable findings to stakeholders.
  • Reporting and dashboards. Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and datasets that non-technical leaders understand instantly, including our weekly leadership growth and loss reporting.
  • Player and business analysis. Analyze large, complex datasets to understand player behaviour, product performance and business trends, and connect each pattern to real business impact.
  • Data design. Write and optimize SQL on our Snowflake data warehouse to meet changing stakeholder needs.
  • KPI development. Lead and improve core metrics including LTV, churn, CAC and regional performance.
  • Forecasting and budgeting. Track performance against forecasts, flag deviations, and support the monthly budgeting cycle with finance and country managers.
  • Campaign and promotion ROI. Evaluate whether campaigns worked, and what we should do next.
  • Executive communication. Turn complex findings into short summaries that drive decisions, not just inform them.

Requirements - Soft Skills:

  • Fast learner. You pick things up quickly and adapt on the fly
  • Self-directed. You do not need hand-holding
  • Resourceful. When you hit a wall, you find a way around it. You figure things out independently before escalating
  • Genuinely curious. You ask why, not just what. You dig into the data because you actually want to understand it
  • Strong ownership mentality. You treat your work like it's yours and don't wait to be told something needs fixing
  • Business and finance intuition. You understand what the numbers mean for the business, not just what they say on the surface
  • Clear, confident communicator. You can explain a complex finding to a non-technical executive in two sentences
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You QA your own work, catch your own errors, and don't ship something you're not confident in

Requirements - Technical Skills:

  • SQL skills to write complex queries against large datasets independently
  • Tableau or other BI visualization tools
  • Snowflake or equivalent cloud-based data warehouses

Apply if You Have:

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume data environments (strong asset)
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (asset)
  • Passion for poker, strategy games, or competitive gaming (asset)
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks in a gaming or subscription or retention business
  • Experience supporting forecasting or budgeting cycles

Total Rewards:

  • Annual salary and level review
  • Up to 50% bonus per annum on top
  • Various other perks
