3+ years of experience optimizing database performance, schema design, and query execution.
2+ years of experience performing database migrations or modernization initiatives involving Cloud Spanner.

High Availability, Disaster Recovery & Production Operations

4+ years of experience owning High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture for cloud-based applications.
4+ years of experience designing and validating failover strategies, resilience testing, and business continuity plans.
4+ years of experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, and driving root cause analysis.
3+ years of experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards for cloud workloads.

DevOps, Automation & Cloud Operations

3+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices.
3+ years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
