The Enterprise Cloud & Platform Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, continuous improvement, security, and operation of enterprise cloud, network, identity, and telephony platforms. This role will provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, networking, and unified communications while driving automation, modernization, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, Microsoft 365 technologies, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and modern infrastructure automation practices. Experience with Azure cloud services is highly desirable.

What you will do
Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Services
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Exchange Online environments.
- Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and cost optimization.
- Design and support enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN.
- Administer VoIP and telephony solutions including AudioCodes, SIP, and carrier services.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD practices.
- Drive cloud security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Vendor management, and infrastructure strategy.
- Support and administer Azure services where applicable.
- Implement highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Optimize cloud performance, availability, security, and cost management.
Enterprise Network Infrastructure
- Manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, DNS, DHCP, and network security services.
- Manage cloud networking, connectivity, VPNs, transit gateways, routing, and hybrid-cloud integrations.
- Monitor network performance and capacity.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues.
- Manage network redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Work closely with security teams to implement network segmentation and security controls.
Microsoft Platform Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Manage tenant configuration, governance, lifecycle management, and security policies.
- Support email security, retention, compliance, and messaging infrastructure.
- Lead Microsoft platform upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Implement identity governance and conditional access policies.
Unified Communications & Telephony
- Administer enterprise voice and communication platforms.
- Support Microsoft Teams Phone and integrated telephony services.
- Coordinate with telecommunications providers and vendors.
- Ensure platform reliability, service quality, and business continuity.
Identity, Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Support single sign-on (SSO), MFA, conditional access, privileged access management, and zero-trust initiatives.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation and security monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Participate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and security reviews.
Automation & Operational Excellence
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, patching, and operational workflows.
- Develop scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure and platform deployments.
- Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational overhead.
What you have
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems administration, or platform operations.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on AWS administration and engineering experience.
- Experience managing complex enterprise environments supporting multiple business-critical platforms.
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate
