What We Offer

- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE (Casual or Full-Time)
- Dementia client needing redirecting and assistance for personal care
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Able to service in the Cornwall area
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Proof of PSW Certificate (or equivalent)
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide overnight care to a client with dementia, including redirection and personal care assistance. Follow the client’s care plan, maintain safety, use equipment properly, and complete records accurately.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least one year of caregiving experience and a PSW certificate or equivalent. They must have a current TB screen and criminal record check, communicate in English, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and hold a valid driver’s license.
