What We Offer

- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Perform wound care, medication administration, and other tasks within the LPN scope of practice
- 1 year previous nursing experience
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Graduate of a recognized nursing program, and current registration with the CLPNA
- Current TB Screen, CPR and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide in-home personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping according to each client's care plan. Maintain client safety, document care accurately, and perform wound care, medication administration, and other duties within the LPN scope of practice.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of nursing experience, graduation from a recognized nursing program, and current CLPNA registration. Requirements also include a current TB screen, CPR, criminal record check, English communication ability, legal authorization to work in Canada, and a valid driver's license.
