What We Offer

- Provide basic medical attention to Clients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient’s medical history and assisting patients with hygiene.
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Looking for Day shifts, Evenings and Weekends as Needed
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- In Good Standing(Registration #) with CNO
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide basic medical attention and personal care to clients, assess their wellbeing, and carry out care plans as part of a larger medical team. Monitor vital signs, document care accurately, support daily living needs, and follow safety practices.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of caregiving experience, current good-standing registration with the CNO, a current TB screen, and a criminal record check. They must communicate in English, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and hold a valid driver's license.
