What We Offer
Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work $17.20 to $25.00 per hour
24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
24/7 assistance related to client care
In home care with private clients
Paid mileage
No union dues
Responsibilities And Duties
Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Service the North Bay and Surrounding area
Looking for all visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends
Requirements
1 year previous caregiving experience
Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
Proof of PSW Certification from an Accredited Ontario College
Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care according to each client's care plan. Maintain client safety, use equipment properly, work within the limits of your training and experience, and complete records accurately.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of caregiving experience and proof of PSW certification from an accredited Ontario college. A current TB screen, criminal record check, legal authorization to work in Canada, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English are required.
