What We Offer

- 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
- 24/7 assistance related to client care
- In home care with private client
- No union dues
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Kelowna & Vernon area
- Looking for all visit times, weekdays and weekends
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Proof of Health Care Certification (Registry #)
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care according to each client's care plan. Maintain client safety, use equipment properly, work within the limits of your experience, and complete records accurately.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of caregiving experience, English verbal and written communication skills, and the legal right to work in Canada. A health care certification with registry number, current TB screening, criminal record check, and valid driver's license are required.
