What We Offer

- 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
- 24/7 assistance related to client care
- In home care with private clients
- Flexible Schedules
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Winnipeg area
- Looking for all visit times on weekdays and weekends
- Proof of Health Care Certification
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required

Responsibilities
Provide clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care according to their care plans. Maintain client safety, use equipment properly, and complete records and documentation accurately while serving the Winnipeg area.
Requirements
Applicants must provide proof of health care certification, communicate verbally and in writing in English, and have a current TB screen and Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector check. They must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; additional languages are an asset.
