What We Offer

- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Perform wound care, medication administration, and other tasks within the LPN scope of practice
- 1 year previous nursing experience
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Graduate of a recognized nursing program, and current registration with the CLPNA
- Current TB Screen, CPR and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide in-home personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while following each client's care plan and safety needs. Perform wound care, administer medications, and complete accurate documentation within the LPN scope of practice.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of nursing experience, graduation from a recognized nursing program, and current registration with the CLPNA. A current TB screen, CPR certification, criminal record check, valid driver's license, English communication skills, and legal authorization to work in Canada are also required.
