What We Offer

- Benefits package (30+ hours worked per week)
- 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
- 24/7 assistance related to client care
- In home care with private clients

- Provide ADL’s , meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship.
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- We service Edmonton SW area including Leduc, Beaumont, Devon, Grande Prairie and Fort McMurray
- Looking for all visit times: day, evening, night shifts, weekdays and weekends ( minimum of 3 hour shifts, maximum of 12 hour shifts )
- 1 year previous caregiving experience an asset
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Proof of Health Care Aide Certification (Registry # )
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check, both completed within the year
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid Photo ID

Responsibilities
Provide in-home support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Follow each client’s care plan, maintain safety, use equipment properly, and complete accurate documentation.
Requirements
One year of caregiving experience is an asset, and applicants must provide proof of Health Care Aide certification. Applicants must also have a current TB screen and criminal record check completed within the past year, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and have valid photo identification.
