What We Offer

- In home care with private clients
- Provide basic medical attention to Clients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Casual position – looking for all shifts and weekend availability as needed
- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Must be able to commuunicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- In good standing with the CNO (Registration # required)
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide basic medical attention and assess clients’ wellbeing as part of a broader care team, while following each client’s care plan. Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care, and maintain accurate documentation while working safely within the limits of your experience.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of caregiving experience, current good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and a valid driver’s license. A current TB screen, criminal record check, legal authorization to work in Canada, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English are also required.
