URGENTLY LOOKING FOR 24hour Care Coverage (8am-8pm) & (8pm-8am)

- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Use dementia strategies to prompt and redirect client to complete ADLs
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the XXX area
- Looking for 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am weekdays and weekends
- 1 year previous caregiving experience as a PSW
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English.
- Proof of PSW Certificate
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities
Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care in clients’ homes. Follow care plans, use dementia strategies to support activities of daily living, maintain client safety, and complete records accurately.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least one year of caregiving experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), a PSW certificate, and experience with dementia. Fluency in spoken and written English, a current TB screen, a criminal record check, and a valid driver’s license are required.
