The Multi-Skilled Operator is an “all-round” operator role, capable of performing all operational processes in production. He / she is able to operate all types of equipment and machinery that requires advanced specialized. The Multi-Skilled Operator typically combines proficiency in the specialized use of materials, equipment and tools with a broad practical work experience.

The Multi-Skilled Operator is the highest operator role in the day-to-day production process, working closely with the (Shift) Supervisor / Team Leader. In a 24/7 production environment, outside day-shift hours, the Multi-Skilled Operator supports the (Shift) Supervisor in ensuring the continuous running of the plant’s production processes.

Depending on the size and structure of the production organization, the Multi-Skilled Operator may be capable / required to stand-in for supervisory roles in production.

Ce que vous ferez

Prendre quotidiennement l’inventaire des sacs de médicaments; Prendre l’inventaire des sacs de micro-ingrédients au besoin; Maintenir pleins les microsilos et silos-tote en s’assurant de prendre les lots suggérés par le ERP; Garder le plancher de l’entrepôt propre en tout temps; Décharger les camions de type dry-box, réceptionner au système, et placer la marchandise dans leur localisation respective; Effectuer la procédure de conciliation des médicaments; Tenir l’environnement des microsilos et les silos-totes propres; Remplacer les employés de production lors des pauses; Faire les ajouts manuels; Vider les conteneurs de la moulange et de l’aspirateur central lorsque c’est nécessaire; Prise d’échantillons de produits finis.

Le poste implique des quarts de travail de 12h30, répartis sur 3 jours consécutifs par semaine

Profil recherché

Les responsabilités incluent le nettoyage des zones intérieures et extérieures de l’usine, notamment l’élimination des accumulations de matières au sol et le ramassage des déchets sur le site, la prise d’inventaire des intrants et des produits finis, ainsi que l’échantillonnage et l’analyse qualité des ingrédients et des produits fabriqués. Le poste comporte également le remplissage de formulaires à la demande de l’employeur, la formation des employés, le déchargement des wagons et la participation à différentes rencontres.
