What you’ll do

Reporting to the Business & Commercial Excellence Director, North America, the Sales Excellence Manager is responsible for improving sales effectiveness across North America by embedding consistent commercial processes, tools, coaching capabilities, and performance management practices. You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the North America Sales Excellence Program, drive adoption of CRM and Power BI insights, support sales leaders through coaching and capability-building initiatives, and ensure commercial excellence methodologies are consistently applied to improve productivity, customer focus, and commercial performance.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced commercial excellence professional who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to coach, influence, and drive change across a commercial organization. You thrive in cross-functional environments, leverage data to improve decision-making, and have experience implementing sales effectiveness programs, sales operations processes, CRM tools, and performance management frameworks. You are passionate about building high-performing teams and enabling sustainable behavioural change that delivers measurable business results.

You’ll also need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Sales Management, Learning & Development, or a related field
5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, sales operations, CRM management, or a related commercial function
Experience implementing commercial excellence methodologies including customer segmentation, territory design, account planning, opportunity management, and performance management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate CRM, Power BI, and commercial performance data into actionable insights
Experience coaching sales leaders and facilitating training and capability-building initiatives
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, sales productivity measures, target setting, and sales incentive programs
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and digital sales enablement tools
Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot is considered an asset
Fluency in English; French is considered an asset
Experience within agriculture, animal nutrition, or a related industry is considered an asset
