Brand Ambassador – Gyms & Fitness Communities
Location: Toronto / GTA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22/hour + performance bonuses
Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week
Nutrics is a Toronto-based nutrition and prepared-meal startup getting ready to launch.
We are looking for a friendly and confident person to visit local gyms, fitness studios and health communities, introduce people to Nutrics, show them how the app works, and help interested people join our launch waitlist.
What you'll do
- Visit local gyms and fitness communities
- Speak with gym members, trainers and gym staff
- Give quick demos of the Nutrics app
- Help interested people join our launch waitlist
- Build relationships with gyms and local fitness communities
- Collect feedback from potential customers
- Track your visits and waitlist signups
Regular Schedule
This role is mainly during busy evening gym hours:
- Monday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM - 4 hours
- Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM - 4 hours
- Wednesday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM - 4 hours
- Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM - 4 hours
These hours are selected because gyms are typically busiest after work, giving you the best opportunity to speak with members and introduce Nutrics.
Who we're looking for
You may be a good fit if you:
- Enjoy meeting and talking to new people
- Are confident approaching people in person
- Have an interest in fitness, nutrition or healthy living
- Can explain a product in a simple and friendly way
- Are reliable and comfortable working independently
- Have access to transportation around Toronto/GTA
Experience in sales, promotions, fitness, events, hospitality or customer service is helpful, but not required.
Compensation
- $22/hour
- Additional bonuses based on qualified waitlist signups

Visit gyms, fitness studios, and health communities to introduce Nutrics, demonstrate its app, and help interested people join the launch waitlist. Build relationships with local fitness communities, collect potential customer feedback, and track visits and signups.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, comfortable approaching and speaking with new people, and interested in fitness, nutrition, or healthy living. They should be reliable, able to work independently, explain products simply, and have transportation around Toronto/GTA; relevant sales, promotions, fitness, events, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
