An exciting intern opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary corporate office beginning September 2026 for an approximate 4-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position and is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete.

What You'll Do

Extract, analyze, and manage spend data from our ERP systems
Contract administration, including uploading agreements to Ariba, and managing extensions, renewals and expiry dates
Vendor management, including vendor setup ticket management and supplier master data updates
Support the Corporate Procurement Management team with the development, planning, and implementation of Procurement initiatives impacting the Business Unit

What You'll Bring

Currently enrolled in a 4-year Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management degree
Basic MS Excel and data analytics skills

Responsibilities

The intern will manage spend data from ERP systems and handle contract administration, including renewals and extensions in Ariba. Additionally, they will support vendor setup and assist the Corporate Procurement Management team with business unit initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics skills are required.
