What You'll Do
- Maintain facility assets and assist with equipment repair and maintenance in a safe manner
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers, providing necessary customer service
- Unload, load and deliver agri-products
- Participate in inventory management and control procedures
- Make recommendations to enhance performance of equipment
- Assist with alternative regional operations during staff absences, may require cross-training in various positions
- Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards
- 2+ years operational experience
- Class 1 or Class 3 drivers liscense required
- Maintenance experiene
- Field operations
- Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities
The Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining facility assets, performing equipment repairs, and managing the loading and delivery of agri-products. They also handle inventory control and ensure compliance with safety and environmental health standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of operational experience and a Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in maintenance and field operations are also required.
