What You'll Do

Maintain facility assets and assist with equipment repair and maintenance in a safe manner
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers, providing necessary customer service
Unload, load and deliver agri-products
Participate in inventory management and control procedures
Make recommendations to enhance performance of equipment
Assist with alternative regional operations during staff absences, may require cross-training in various positions
Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards

What You'll Bring

Responsibilities

The Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining facility assets, performing equipment repairs, and managing the loading and delivery of agri-products. They also handle inventory control and ensure compliance with safety and environmental health standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of operational experience and a Class 1 or Class 3 driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in maintenance and field operations are also required.
