Facilitate the inspection, certification, and administration of designated safety equipment and related programs.
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to the Safety Services.
Actively participate in safety committees and cross-functional working groups, building constructive relationships across the site and with external or government stakeholders where required.
Use Microsoft 365 and applicable site systems effectively to support safety reporting, communication, action tracking, requisitioning, and workflow management.
Actively promote and model the five principles of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), helping build a culture focused on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
