We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels
Offer 2nd level escalation support and subject matter expertise to the agents on 1st level support.
Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term, customized fixes
Work with different teams across the organization to resolve merchant concerns promptly
Proactively engage with merchants to identify, address, and resolve underlying issues impacting their experience
Contact merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction
Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to improve efficiency and speed up resolution time.

Requirements

Fluent in English and French, both oral and written, is a must
Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales
Strong in communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong resolve and a ‘solution-based approach' mentality
Comfortable and versatile when working in a lively environment with various tasks
Reliable and committed to providing excellent service that will build the Nuvei name

Responsabilités Principals

Offrir un service convivial et attentif à nos commerçants par le biais de divers canaux
Fournir un soutien de deuxième niveau et une expertise technique aux agents du soutien de premier niveau.
Analyser les problèmes en profondeur afin de trouver des solutions rapides et de proposer des solutions personnalisées à long terme

Qualifications Requises

La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est indispensable
Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle, en fidélisation ou en ventes
