Customer Solutions Architect

Nuvollo is hiring a Client Solutions Architect to help our clients turn complex technology requirements into secure, scalable, and practical IT solutions.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and client relationships. You’ll architect solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security while helping clients plan where their technology environment needs to go next.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into end-to-end technology solutions.
• Architect solutions across Private Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and security.
• Develop current-state and future-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and strategic IT initiatives.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and priorities.
• Build annual technology plans and budgets that align IT investments with client objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams on solution design, proposals, and pre-sales opportunities.
• Recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks based on client requirements, industry best practices, and compliance considerations.
• Provide architectural leadership during implementations, migrations, and client onboarding.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and executable.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and technical leadership.
• Evaluate emerging technologies that can strengthen Nuvollo’s solutions and client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, virtualization technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V, and networking.
• Experience architecting and communicating complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience managing multiple client initiatives or projects simultaneously.
• Strong documentation, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading QBRs, technology roadmap discussions, or strategic IT planning with clients.
• Ability to analyze system and security information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Familiarity with IT budgeting and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working within an MSP environment is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco, or CompTIA are an asset.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements, data center visits, or vendor meetings.
